General conditions

Buying on the Internet, without actually seeing the product and the seller, can be a lottery. This is why we have decided to put down on paper our commitment and everything you can rightly expect from us.

So, we guarantee that:
1. one of our pharmacists will always give you his professional advice.
2. each of your orders will be processed on average within 1 hour of receipt/payment (except normal closing times and weekends).
3. shipments will depart on average the working day following the order, in order to be delivered as quickly as possible by the express courier.
4. all your notes on products and shipping will be carefully considered and we will make it up to you whenever we can for any misunderstandings.
5 . If the product has defects we will exchange it as soon as possible, you just have to send it back.
6. if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can withdraw within 10 days of receiving it.

Legislative Decree n. 206 of 2005 relating to consumer protection in relation to distance contracts, provides in article 5 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists in the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, i.e. without any expense and without having to provide Farmacia Dobbiaco with any explanation in this regard.

However, the consumer must return any purchased products already received. Farmacia Dobbiaco will refund the consumer any sum already paid as payment for the price of the products and the shipping cost contribution.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised at any time after completing the purchase procedure and in any case within 10 consecutive calendar days of receipt of the goods, by communicating to Farmacia Dobbiaco of the desire to exercise the right itself and providing the following data: number and invoice date or number and date of the order placed in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products you intend to return, bank details on which to obtain the refund transfer (IBAN code). Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the length and frequency of the subscription you have selected.
Your payment details will be held securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. When the customer subscribes for a product, he or she is required to pay for at least two consecutive orders.
