If at first the liqueur was produced only for personal use and for close friends, today, thanks to word of mouth, it has become a sought-after and very successful product. The blend designed by Farmacia Dobbiaco includes the best digestive herbs: gentian, absinthe, thyme, combined with spices such as anise and cumin. In addition to the numerous herbs that distinguish it, the particularity of Amaro is also dictated by the unusual choice of maintaining a very high alcohol content (58°), which favors the dissolution of the aromatic resins, enriching the taste.
